I thought it was Chicken, but it was rough and like gristle. Only after I was halfway finished with the meal did I find out what it really was... I don't think it would have mattered, though. :) The donkey stomach lining was a wide rubbery flat thing I thought was a noodle in my soup. Turns out that it's just there for flavoring. It's served in some sort of a red sauce. It's actually pretty good! It is BY FAR not the most unusual thing I've eaten before. It can't compare to donkey stomach lining or guinea pig!
