1) As a Track coach, I can say "part-time work produces part-time results". If you want to succeed, you have to do it full time.

2) The Polyphasic sleep experiment was covered in detail on StevePavlina.com. A very interesting read, indeed!

Before we reach the stage of earning good passive income and work less, we have to work our butt off with the limited amount of time :D

But... yeah..hahahaha... personally i dont think i will try.

Sleep less, work more?

I'll pass. The idea should be to work less and sleep more...but still have a handsome passive income rolling in while you snooze. :)

Absolutely agree with TextAdSearch. Once you have kids, the situation even worst.

Not enough sleep...i would like to add in "quality".

Years back. Someone told me. You must sleep enough. You will have to pay back from your life...

The problem with these sleep patterns are that they are only workable if you are single, have no kids and work from home with no other commitments.

The idea in theory is good but us homosapiens just love to sleep when its dark (with maybe a little nap when it's light outside :)

There was a news story recently here in the UK that said if you have less than 7 hours sleep a day it will make you ill. It also said if you have more than 7 hours it has the same effect.

[...] Well, till now i have not yet try out Polyphasic Sleep even though this idea still lingers in my mind since 2 years ago. Imagine the extra hours gained daily to do more site developments and marketing, doing more link exchange, visit more webmaster forums and more time to read fellow webmasters’ blog. This is so tempting. Add your comment! [...]
