I think even blogs would benefit from PPC. It’s not a rule of thumb that only product sales should try PPC…And plus the quality score is easy to improve and maintain if you’ve a blog…

I have a hard time using PPC if my Blog isn’t selling anything. You can easily drain a lot of money into Adwords.
However, I always use the basic 3 stats to determine where the vistors come from: direct, referrals, and search.
With time, and increasing relevant content (I post 5 days a week) and focus on SEO, I find the number of Search visitors increasing. But those visitors have a huge bounce rate

To this day I still don’t understand SEO and PCC. I hope to finally understand it in the near future.

In the long term SEO will always win out. It’s well worth the investment.

I always lean towards seo over ppc. SEO is a much better investment of time as it will pay off in the future and continue to make you money, whereas ppc will always cost you money(while making some), and requires more work to constantly update your campaigns. All in all, SEO is a much better foundation for any online campaign, but that’s not to say that you can’t do both kick starting the project with PPC, until your SEO pays off.

Be careful. It is easy to loose money in PPC. I personally prefer organic search traffic. Alot of effort but at least it keeps my pocket healthy.

Organic traffic is never easy to get

PPC can certainly drain money. I would rather invest in SEO.

I’ve been visiting your blog for a while now and I always find something interesting in your posts.
Thank you very much for sharing and keep up the good work.
I agree with most of what you say, especially your post about “Organic SEO vs Pay Per Click”.
I run a related blog and recently was quoted saying…
Failure to optimize your website for search engines can result in a significant loss in terms of free advertising which is in fact gained from ranking well with search engines.
You can see the full post as well as the full context of the quote above by checking out the page on my blog…

Never should waste money with PPC unless you know what you are doing. It is better to take the slow and tested way of generating traffic - organic growth

Nice info. I think The main set are called organic because it is not possible to buy your way into them. The search engines simply display what they believe are the most relevant results for the search query. Thank you.

This is a good information. SEO and PPC has its own advantage and disadvantage. I go with the idea that both must be use.

For newbie in this online business, organic SEO is much advisable compared to PPC. The only reason behind that is the money involve. If you can’t master the organic SEO, why would you engage yourself in PPC. Tendency, you’ll only waste money from it.

PPC is too costly compared to organic SEO. However, no matter it’s paid or not, the important thing is how we can we maximize the SEO we currently have.

PPC method require you to pay for every single visitor you get to your website and does not guarantee any conversion, this means you are paying for each visit even if its not converting in to a lead/sale. In SEO you pay for the keywords to be on TOP and all the traffic that you get from this method of marketing.

Some use PPC first before organic SEO, while some use both at the same time. With the use of these strategies, you’ll at least have the chance to be successful in your online business. You only need to have the right strategy, good implementation, strong focus.

Most SEO / PPC companies will only do CPA if you have a big brand name and it is in their interest to do so. Since Google removed the kickbacks for agencies, this offered much less now.

Organic results are often involve more work, but people also trust them more. This is sort of the difference between advertising and public relations. Any public relations campaign has an agenda, just like advertising, but public relations involves a much more subtle approach. Public relations attempts to get a company’s message across to potential customers by holding events, getting articles written in newspapers, using blogs and other avenues.
