From the success that you have had with this blog I can’t wait to read what you have crafted. This ebook comes at a really convenient time as I have just launched my mikaelrieck.com blog and I’ll do my best to prove your techniques right (or even surpass them).

Thanks for sharing.

Great article! Tons of great info and tips. I didn’t see any mention of sitemaps (specifically sitemap.xml or sitemap WP plugin), I guess that really doesn’t directly relate to gaining traffic –but it does indirectly. In any event, the article is powerful and thanks for sharing it for free. Keep up the good work, I hope to send tons of traffic your way!

great article robin..just grabbed my copy today..all ways elaborated….but one thing..in that pdf file u have given some links to your blogposts..and some domains but they are not clickable. That book would become more effective once the links become clickable in the pdf.

@satya: All the links should be clickable. I know they are when viewing the article in your browser. As far as them being clickable after downloading, Ill have to check in to that.

Just getting started reading your article, so far very useful, as I’d expect from anything Jane May refers me to. Is there any way to get the button to the right to put on my site, so I can recommend it to my readers? Thanks for putting this out there for those of us who need it!

Good job! I certainly can use these ideas and these ideas work for websites too, not just blogs guys. DailyWebIdeas even posted a bit about your article, how cool is that? I am soooooooo not brave enough to do some of the ideas yet, but maybe you’ve inspired me that I can do these things too.

@Tom:

Thanks for the comments! In the “Conclusion” part of the article, I give you the HTML to add to your site in order to add a download button to, which would link directly with the PDF article while allowing me to track how many people across the Internet download it- an interesting piece of information I would like to track. :)

If you add the code to your site, please let me know!

@GnomeyNewt:

If you try anything out and it works (or doesn’t- but how could that possibly happen?) please let me know!

John

Currently reading the article but I wanted to come back to thank you for touching on conversions. As I was reading up to that paragraph my thought was this is another article that talks about conversions but I don’t sell anything.

Seems simple enough. I was stuck thinking a conversion was selling a physical product. As a result of this mind set I usually stopped short of finishing these articles.

Thank you.
